Who does Reflective Practice?
In my opinion, any responsible professional must reflect on his/her daily practices; it doesn't matter if they are teachers, soccer players, gardeners, ballerinas, presidents, congressmen, etc., when someone is able to look back at what they've done, evaluate it with honesty and inner strength in order to change, fix or adjust their individual performances is quite remarkable. This process requires time, dedication and a huge sense of commitment, a very open mind a big heart willing to change always aiming for a higher cause, a common benefit if you will.
Teachers, students, administrators, local authorities, parents and everyone involved in the educational system with the intention of improving the quality of learning should be reflecting on what they do, how they do it and why they do it.
