What is Reflective Practice?
Reflective Practice is a process in which educators get involved in order to improve themselves as professionals and as constant learners. This strategy encourages teachers to review, analyze, compare, contrast, modify and look back into their daily routines to guarantee high quality education. It also demands a huge deal of inner strength, honesty and self evaluation; the continuous help of colleagues, administrators and the whole educational system is much needed when it comes to establish these kind of procedures, we all should be involved and take a part in it because we all benefit from a Reflective Practice.

The saying "Look back, to see if you're in the right track" totally defines what the concept of being a Reflective Practitioner is to me. If a teacher does it on their own or with the assistance of a third party is not relevant; the idea of evaluating what you have done right or wrong, what can you improve, change or adjust before, during and after your teaching sessions is the key in our role as educators.
